I normally ship sublimated gifts within 3 working days as they are made to order. Hand made items are normally shipped within 1 working day.Refund Policy
I do allow refunds on hand made items if the seller returns the item in the same condition as I sent it. The buyer would pay for return postage. As the sublimated goods are made to order for you I do not refund unless the item arrives damaged. I would then send a replacement.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
