Shop Policies
Processing Time
All Sip Shield orders are handmade and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via reliable UK postal services. Estimated delivery times:

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your Sip Shield arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production or dispatched.
