**Shipping Policy**
**Shipping Within the United Kingdom**
We offer **free shipping on all UK orders**.
All orders are shipped using **Royal Mail Tracked 48** service. This service typically delivers within **2–3 business days** after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed.
**Order Processing Time**
Orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.
**Tracking Your Order**
You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
**Delivery Delays**
While Royal Mail aims to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions, peak periods, or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
**Incorrect Addresses**
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

**Refund & Returns Policy**

We accept returns within **14 days** of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items**
