Shipping Policy
Orders are usually posted within 1–3 working days after payment has been received. All items are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.
Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail tracked shipping services unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and busy periods.
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to help.
Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be able to be cancelled.
