Remove jewellery when washing or sanitising your hands, showering, or swimming.

Put jewellery on last when getting ready, once perfumes, lotions, makeup, hairspray and self-tanning products have dried.
Remove jewellery during exercise or manual work to prevent unnecessary wear, knocks, or scratching.
