About
My name is Matthew and I have been a cabinet maker in Surrey for 20 years making large items of furniture/kitchens etc and have now decided to create smaller craft items.
I now focus on laser engraving animals, insects, scenes , angels, spiritual, meditation etc. onto various types of wood, mixing wood and resin to create different items to display. I can also create house signs or personal signs up to a certain size and wood - please email me with any requests and I can let you know size, wood and price.
I am able to personalise items depending of what is required - please contact me to discuss. If you would prefer an item engraved onto circular not square or vice-versa, again please ask.
I have an abundance of ideas to create many different hand made products which I will add to my shop as they develop.
I attend craft fairs and enjoy meeting customers and receiving personal orders for different items. If it is possible I will try and create and email a draft to customer before engraving anything. So please ask if there is something you might like.
If you want a selection of different items please email me and tell me what items you would like and I will work out a delivery price once I am able to work out box size required and weight.

Shipping
I can ship ready made items usually the same day (except weekends) by Royal Mail. Delivery should be within 2 - either Large Letter Post or Small Parcel Post 2nd Class tracked.
If you wish multiple different items delivered as one then please email me and tell me what you would like and I will work out a delivery price for you depending on size of box and weight needed.
Items not in stock will take 4-5 days before sending as they are hand-made and take time. An estimate of delivery date can be given if requested.
I package all items well so would not expect damage unless caused in transit.
I am happy to refund handmade products if they are returned within 14 days, in their original condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. I pack my products well, so they should arrive without damage.
Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges
Provided I receive notice of cancellation before I despatch an item then that will be sufficient. Once it has been despatched unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds given if items damaged on receipt through transit. Please send photographs of damage within 48 hours and I will replace or refund the item. Buyer is responsible for return postage and item(s) must be in original condition.
