Your Right to Cancel (For Online Purchases)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period" and applies to most products purchased online, with exceptions (see below).

• You then have 14 days from the cancellation date to return the item(s).

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

• Digital products (e.g., downloads) once accessed

• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you must cover the return postage.

• If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover return postage costs.

• Change of Mind: Return within 14 days (unused, in original packaging). You cover return shipping.

• Faulty/Damaged Items: Return within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

3) Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

For size or preference changes, return the item and place a new order.
