Chrissy’s Crafts creates personalised handmade gifts, including keyrings, pens, jewellery boxes, tumblers, bookmarks and uplifting affirmation items. Everything is made with care using high‑quality materials and Cricut precision, with plenty of options to customise names, colours and designs.

Shop Policies
Processing Time: All orders are handmade and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Delivery: UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Delays: Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Address Issues: Please double-check your delivery address. I cannot replace items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalised items may take slightly longer - this will always be communicated before purchase.
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of my products, I do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can help resolve it.
Refunds cannot be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect personalisation provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, work may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
Returns: As items are handmade and often personalised, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives faulty.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not available for personalised items.
