If you post your orders with Royal Mail, this one is for you. You can now link your Royal Mail Click & Drop account to your Crafter’s Market shop.
Your orders go straight into Click & Drop with the customer’s name and address already filled in. When you post them, the tracking number comes back to your shop by itself and your customer gets an email. No more copying addresses. No more typing in tracking numbers.
Less admin, more making
We know how long the packing table can take on a busy week. Copying an address into one website, then copying a tracking number back into another, adds up. Mistakes creep in too, and a single wrong digit means a customer who can’t follow their parcel.
Click & Drop takes care of the copying for you, so you can spend that time on the bit you enjoy.
What it does
- Sends your orders across
One click on an order, or tick several on your Orders page and send them all at once. You can even have new orders sent across automatically. - Works out the weight
Add a packed weight to your products and we add them up for each order, then choose the right parcel size. You can still change it before you buy your postage. - Brings the tracking back
Once you’ve posted it, we mark the order as dispatched and email your customer their tracking link. You don’t need to do a thing. - Only sends your items
If a customer buys from you and other makers in one basket, only your part of the order goes to your Click & Drop account.
Getting set up
It takes about five minutes, and you only do it once.
- Log in to Click & Drop and create an API key. It’s free, and our guide shows you exactly where to click.
- In your dashboard, go to Settings, Integrations, Royal Mail Click & Drop.
- Paste in your key and click Connect.

Included with Plus and Premium
Royal Mail Click & Drop is part of our Plus and Premium plans, at no extra cost from us. You pay Royal Mail for your postage as normal, and you need a Click & Drop account, which is free to set up.
Already on Plus or Premium? You’ll find it in your dashboard under Settings, Integrations. On our Basic plan? You can upgrade from your Subscription settings whenever you like.
