Delivery
At Mindful Tranquility UK, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your handmade greeting cards to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, seasonal events, or for custom orders, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods
We aim to send all orders using Royal Mail Standard services as our preferred delivery method.
Alternative shipping services may be used where necessary due to parcel size, weight, destination, or other logistical requirements. Customers who require a specific delivery service, tracked shipping, or expedited delivery should contact us before placing their order, as additional charges may apply.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the postal service and are not guaranteed. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
Typical delivery estimates for Royal Mail Standard services are:

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Any costs incurred for returned items or redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mindful Tranquility UK, every greeting card is handmade with care and attention to detail.
Standard Items
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom made and personalised greeting cards, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by us.
We encourage customers to carefully review all spelling, wording, dates, and personalisation details before placing their order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or contact us via our shop and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Personalisation
If we have made an error in the personalisation details provided, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for errors supplied by the customer during the ordering process.

Cancellation
At Mindful Tranquility UK, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order.
Standard Orders
Orders for non-customised items may be cancelled for a full refund provided the cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under our Returns Policy.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the time and materials involved in creating bespoke products, custom and personalised orders may only be cancelled before work has begun on the order.
Once production has started, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or issue only a partial refund to cover materials purchased and work already completed.

Our Right to Cancel
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. This may occur if:
- Required materials become unavailable.
- There is an issue with the information provided for a personalised order.
- We are unable to fulfil the order for unforeseen reasons.
- An incorrect price or product description has been published in error.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
