Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our personalised prints. Every order is made to order with care, and we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

As each print is personalised, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be designed, produced, and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

* UK: 2–5 business days
* Europe: 5–10 business days
* International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Where available, tracking information will be included so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, adverse weather, or peak holiday periods are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. As all of our prints are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer, we take great care to ensure every order is created to the highest standard.

Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you:

* Change your mind after placing your order.
* Order the wrong size, design, or colour.
* Provide incorrect spelling, dates, names, or other personalised information.

Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

When contacting us, please include:

* Your order number.
* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item and its packaging.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Once work has started on your personalised print, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation

As our prints are made specifically to your requirements, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs of any damage where applicable, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
