This is a lovely pale blue tencel and silk plus sized Boho poncho. It feels soft and luxurious because of the fabrics used. This is more of a tunic length so gives more cover. You can see the length on me and I’m 5ft 4 inches. The silk has a mix of pastel colours and is soft and flowy, it will be cool to wear. You could also use it for layering over long sleeve T-shirts as we go into Autumn.
The side panels are extra long so they’ve been gathered at the centre to form a shorter section which lands about wrist length. There is gorgeous sparkly bee buttons added at the wrist to give a lovely detail. The selvedge of the fabric has been used as a feature and gives a small frill detail. The main body is upcycled from a dress with the silk added.
Wear this over jeans and a strappy top, over swimwear at the beach or around the pool. Perfect with leggings and a vest top for a picnic in the park. This is also great as a layer over long sleeved tops and tees as we head into autumn.
It is one size and could be worn by anyone from size 12 to 24 and beyond easily. Please check measurements below. Please check all pictures for the detail.
This is fully open at the sides so is a true poncho style. The fabric selvedge has been left as a slight fringe to give a nice detail. The neckline and hem have been finished with a pretty floral trim.
