Thistle Petit Point kit was one I redesigned for Traquair House from an old petit point panel dating from the Stuart Period.
The original embroidery is pictured in the photo gallery.

Petit Point is sometimes called needlepoint and is always stretched on a frame.

This design is outlined in black wool and uses the same historic muted shades of the original embroidery.

This kit is embroidered on 14HPI interlock blank canvas.
