Every product is made to order, we aim to have your order dispatched within 3-5 business days ( dispatch does not include postage time). However we can not guarantee a set delivery date and will keep you informed of any delays. Delivery is with Royal mail on 48 hour tracked delivery.

Shipping Policy
All orders will be posted to the address you provided when checking out. Please make sure the details are correct before payment is made, as we will not be held responsible for any address mistakes you make. We deliver to destinations within the UK. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you have given during the order process. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 3-5 business days. However we can not guarantee a set delivery date and will always keep you informed of any delays. Dispatch time does not include postage time, which depends on the postage option you chose at the checkout. Dispatch times stated on our product page are indicative only and may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.Refund Policy
As most of our products are personalised and made to order. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damaged or faulty items and where a replacement can not be provided. Photographic proof of the damaged item will be required along with proof of packaging damage. In the event we are unable to replace the item we will aim to issue the refund of all monies minus postage and packaging to the original payment method used once the return of the item in an unused state, complete with packaging and with all components is received.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As most of our products are personalised and made to order, we can not offer a 7 day cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible. Providing the item has not gone into production we will cancel the order and refund in full. Please note that we do not proof read or check the personalisation. Please check and double check before the order is made to ensure you receive the correct item and personalisation. We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 48 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving in an unused state, complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for the product including any postage and packaging. Please note all refunds of the purchase price will be returned to the original purchaser. The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Our return policy does not apply to perishable goods, items which have been personalised, custom made for you or you have provided the incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process.
