Delivery
Shipping Policy
We know that when youโre ordering party bag fillers, gifts or craft activities, you donโt want to be waiting around for your parcel.
Thatโs why we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1โ2 working days of receiving your order.
Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
As many of our products are handmade and individually prepared, occasionally an order may take a little longer to prepare. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.
Delivery
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mailโs delivery service will begin. You will receive tracking information where available so you can follow your parcelโs progress.
Please note that Tracked 24 is a Royal Mail delivery service and is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service.
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather, strikes, peak periods and other disruptions.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please check your tracking information first, as this may provide the latest information about your delivery.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost or there is a significant delivery issue, we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If an order has been dispatched to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Important information for party orders
If you are ordering for a specific party, birthday or event, we recommend ordering as early as possible rather than relying on the delivery date being the day before your event.
While we aim to dispatch within 1โ2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Crafty Godmothers, we carefully check and securely package every order before it leaves us. As many of our products are handmade and prepared specifically for each order, we ask that you please check your items carefully when they arrive.
Change of mind
We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, outside of any cancellation rights you may have under UK consumer law.
For eligible online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an applicable legal exception applies. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us within the required timeframe before returning anything.
Returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item where you are exercising a change-of-mind cancellation right, unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover the cost.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Items that are personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged or faulty items
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs showing the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Please do not return a damaged or faulty item without contacting us first.
Incorrect items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover any reasonable return costs where we are responsible for the error.
Items damaged after delivery
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery through misuse, accidental damage, incorrect storage or failure to follow the instructions supplied with the product.
Our products are childrenโs craft products and should always be used with appropriate adult supervision where stated on the product packaging or instructions.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by UK consumer law once the relevant conditions have been met.
How to contact us
If you need to contact us about a return, cancellation, damaged item or refund, please contact The Crafty Godmothers through the contact details provided on our website.
Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the item and packaging so that we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible.
Our commitment
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where UK consumer law gives you a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right will always apply.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
At The Crafty Godmothers, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders are often prepared and packed shortly after they are placed.
Cancelling an order
We are unable to guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed.
If you have made a mistake with your order or would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will check whether your order has already entered our processing or dispatch process.
If your order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel it.
For eligible online purchases, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under UK consumer law, subject to applicable legal exceptions. This does not apply where the law provides an exception, such as certain personalised or made-to-order products.
If your cancellation request cannot be accommodated before dispatch, you may still have applicable statutory rights once your order has been received. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Where an item has been personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements, your statutory cancellation rights may not apply once production has started, where an applicable legal exception applies.
Incorrect orders
Please carefully check your order before completing your purchase, including the products, quantities, personalisation details and delivery address.
If you have made an error, contact us immediately and we will always do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed.
Our legal obligations
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where UK consumer law provides you with a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right will always apply.
