This charming Halloween garland features mysterious black bats and glowing crescent moons, each individually shaped, textured, and hand-painted. Small decorative purple balls add a lovely eerie contrast, while tiny bells give the garland a subtle, whimsical character.
All the decorative elements are securely attached to natural jute twine, creating a sturdy and rustic finish.
