Delivery
KB Cavern offers **free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all orders delivered within the UK**.
Processing Times
Please allow **1–2 working days** for your order to be packed and dispatched. As some pieces are handmade, made-to-order or personalised items may take a little longer; any extra production time will be shown in the product description.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery usually takes **2–3 working days after dispatch**, although this may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. KB Cavern cannot accept responsibility for orders sent to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.
Delays and Missing Orders
Occasional postal delays can happen. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after its expected delivery date, please get in touch using the message option on the KB Cavern website and I’ll be happy to help.

KB Cavern follows UK consumer law for refunds and returns.
Changing Your Mind
If you buy an item online and change your mind, please use the message option on the KB Cavern website to let me know within **14 days of receiving your order**.
You then have a further **14 days** to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with any original packaging where possible.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for unwanted items. I recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as KB Cavern cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Once the return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued within 14 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact KB Cavern through the message option on the website as soon as possible, including photographs where you can.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, KB Cavern will cover the reasonable cost of return postage and will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in line with your legal rights.
Made-to-Order and Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Digital Patterns
Digital patterns cannot usually be refunded once they have been downloaded or accessed, where you have agreed to receive the digital product immediately. This does not affect your rights if the digital item is faulty or not as described.
