In the flower filled clearings these majestic and somewhat large snails can sometimes be seen grazing. Slow, ponderous, and in no hurry at all they graze on the wildflowers and grasses found in their favourite spots. A rare sight, but they appear to be a social species. Where you see one snail, you will probably see more. A fact that the fae of the enchanted wood have taken advantage of. Some of the more adventurous fae have taken to having snail races! Not the speediest of affairs but apparently they find it exceedingly good fun!
Crocheted in acrylic yarns, filled with toy stuffing .
This snail stands at approximately 14cm tall to the tip of its’ ‘horns’, and 21 cm long.
