CIGAR TWIST PEN MADE USING SPANISH OLIVE WOOD

These are genuine Hand crafted items made by me in my small garden workshop in BRIDLINGTON East yorkshire.
Over time I have made hundreds of pens for craft shops and only use proven quality pen kits proven over the long term.
These are not Temu factory made completed pens claiming to be handmade.

I use locally sourced hardwoods mainly managed forestry or fallen trees. the wood is dried over a number of years before cutting into timber blanks for turning. I buy the more exotic timbers from specialist uk importers .
These pens are carefully Handcrafted using quality mechanisms.
Each piece of wood is carefully selected before going through a series of preparation processes prior to turning on the lathe. Once turned to its final shape, the pen is carefully sanded and sealed before being worked through progressively finer grades of abrasive.
The final finish is achieved using a high-grade microcrystalline wax, specially designed to provide a durable, smooth finish while helping to resist finger marks.
Having been polished, each pen is then carefully assembled and thoroughly tested to ensure the mechanism operates smoothly and the finished pen meets the required standard.
The result is a substantial, beautifully finished pen that showcases the natural character and unique grain of the Olive wood.
