Children’s Wooden Flower and Leaf Press – 14cm square with bolts allowing for up to 50mm of compress

This wooden flower press is a perfect gift for a child who wants to get into flower pressing, or for any adults who are just starting, as a new hobby.

The size of the product is 140mm square and each piece of wood is 3mm thick.
The set comes with :
★ 2 pieces of 3mm wood, backed in felt (Colours may vary.)
★ 2 sheets of 140mm square 200gsm quality blotting paper for fine flowers
★ 5 sheets of corrugated cardboard
★ 8 sheets of 140mm square blotting tissue paper for larger flowers
★ 4 bolts and wing nuts (M6 in size.)

You can reuse the botting paper over and over again, though you can swap it for other blotting papers, which can be purchased at a later stage. Blotting paper varies from the higher quality 200gsm to the cheaper 80gsm, though all will be usable for drying flowers. Colour retention will be better with the higher quality papers, though these can cost around £1 for 1 A4 sheet.

The name of the person can be lasered at the top, as each one is made to order. Please just mention this in the message. Be exact with exactly what you would like written at the top “Jane’s” “Thomas'” ,etc. Please note the written will need to shrink slightly to allow for the name at the top.

Also to personalise it as your own, you can paint the top with sharpies or acrylic paint (or pens).
