Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on the design and will be communicated clearly before purchase.
Shipping Time & Rates
We only ship within the UK at the moment within 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected by postal delays or peak seasons. Yarn Crochetions is not responsible for delays once the package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns
We accept returns on unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
