All candles are hand-poured in small batches and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Orders are securely packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or postal delays.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
A replacement or refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
Candle Safety
For safe use of your candle:
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from children and pets.
Place on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from flammable materials.
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Always follow the safety instructions provided on the candle label.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may be available depending on fragrance and stock availability. Please contact me before ordering if you require a bespoke candle or gift order.
