Hi, I’m Jude, I am Cornwall-based crafter making handmade jewellery from silver clay.
I chose this word for my jewellery because mostly my ideas and inspirations come randomly. I simply create whatever I find beauty in, and gives me challenge to shape into something beautiful to wear. As I love art history, you will find a lot of ancient symbols and charms here as well.
I recently came across this material, and instantly fell in love with it due to its incredible features and opportunities. I always found silver rings, pendants and charms like real tresures, as they are reminders for beautiful events, unforgettable memories or valuable symbols I love to wear or carry with myself.
Working with this material is really enjoyable from sketching down an idea to carefully firing and then clean it up to a final piece to let the silver shine the brightest.
