Shop Policies
All items will be posted Royal Mail 48 hour tracked within 1-3 business days of your order being received.
In the unlikely event of delays with postage, I will let you know as soon as possible.
Please note that buyers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address details are correct at checkout.
I hope you are happy with your purchase - however, in the event that you are not and require a refund, this will be issued in full once the item has been returned. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will include any postage costs (including return postage).
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged goods - please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, providing photo's of the faulty/damaged item and packaging. A replacement or full refund will be offered.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at the earliest opportunity - ideally within 24 hours. If your item has already been shipped, it will need to be returned before a refund will be processed. (See above for returns information).
