The Flower Studio Plus

Most flower bouquets, sculptures, and arrangements are handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for your order to be created and processed, in addition to delivery times provided by Royal Mail.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched..

Each piece is handmade to order, created specifically for you. Because of the time, care, and materials invested in every item, full refunds are not available once production has begun.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this time, work may have already begun on your piece, and cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a partial refund to cover time and materials already used.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
