Shop Policies
We send all orders from the UK within 2 to 3 business days using Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Shipping costs show at checkout before you pay. We are not responsible for Royal Mail delays, but message us if your parcel does not arrive.
If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in the post, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement after receiving the item back and investigated. We cannot refund items damaged after use or washed incorrectly.
Because our scrunchies, bookmarks, and coasters are handmade to order or in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us right away to sort it out.
