Shop Policies
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days. Some items may be dispatched sooner (1–3 business days).
Shipping Options
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• Standard Shipping – £2.40
Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tracking is not included.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you must cover the return postage.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage cost.

We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
1) Cancellations (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason
