My name is Sarah, and I have had a passion for cross stitch for many years. I enjoy designing patterns that combine both modern and traditional styles. Many of my patterns use full cross stitches, making them perfect for both beginner stitchers and those with more experience.
Each pattern is available in four formats: Colour Block & Symbols, Black & White Symbols, Colour Symbols, and Colour Blocks. Every pattern also includes a printable thread sorter, along with a complete Beginner’s Cross Stitch Guide.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ~ Your download will include a PDF with Links to a Google Drive Folder containing all Cross Stitch Patterns in each format, + Theard Sorter, Beginners, Guide and DMC Thread Tracker.
PHYSICAL ITEMS ~ Postage to the UK is free via 2nd Class Untracked Post.
I will endeavor to process your order as soon as I can and have it posted within 2-3 Business Days. Unless otherwise specified any order placed before 6pm is usually posted the next working day (Monday - Friday)
Please keep this in mind when ordering on Weekends or one of the UK Bank Holidays.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ~ Once the file has been downloaded a refund will not be available.
I make sure to thoroughly check the patterns before listing them. However, I am only human and sometimes I have been known to make mistakes. If you spot anything, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify it as soon as I can.
PHYSICAL ITEMS ~
If a refund is processed the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

If you wish to return your item(s), please do so within 14 days of the date of purchase, once received a refund or exchange will be given. Please note the buyer is responsible for return & exchange postage costs.
If an order arrived damaged, please message me within 14 days of purchase, including a photo of the damage to the item and packaging and I will process a refund for you without returning the item.
