About
Rose Collective creates handmade home fragrance, candles, wax melts and bath and body products. Each item is made in small batches using carefully selected fragrance oils, waxes and cosmetic ingredients. Our collections include seasonal fragrances, decorative candles and everyday scented essentials, all handmade, finished and packaged with care.
Rose Collective is a small UK handmade business established in October 2024. I personally make and package my products, offering a variety of fragrances and seasonal collections. Many items are made to order, with dispatch usually within 3–5 working days. I take pride in creating beautiful, affordable products with care and attention to detail.
Shop Policies
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from the UK.
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Products are securely packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the item and packaging so we can help.
If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be unused and, where applicable, unopened and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once their seal has been broken. This may apply to certain bath, body, beauty and cosmetic products.
Personalised or custom-made products may also be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the applicable consumer rules allow.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your contract.
