Processing Times.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, launches, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping.
We currently ship within the UK using trusted postal services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Packaging.
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your items during transit. Wax melts and candles may occasionally experience slight cosmetic changes in warmer weather, but this does not affect their quality or scent performance.
Incorrect Addresses.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Rest in Scents cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Parcels.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns.
Due to the handmade and hygiene nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used wax melts, candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, or other fragrance products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Scent Preferences.
We cannot offer refunds or returns based on personal scent preference, as fragrance experiences can vary from person to person.
