Processing Time: All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Delivery: We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 2-3 business days within the UK. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the UK only.

Packaging: To ensure your accessories arrive in perfect condition, all items are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

If you have any questions about your order or if an item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at [email protected] or via the Crafter’s Market messaging system. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations: We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a solution.
