Shop Policies
Items are posted within 3-5 working days. Notebooks are posted via Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked Service. A tracking code will be provided as soon as the items are posted.
All notebooks come with free delivery. I try to keep my packaging as recyclable as possible so may reuse packaging where I can.
Items can be returned within 21 days. The buyer is responsible for any return postage.
If there are any issues with the notebooks - please get in touch as soon as possible with photos of any damage. I can either make a new notebook or give you a full refund.
Any personalised/custom orders can not be returned unless damaged in transit.
If you cancel the item before it has been posted - I can give you a refund. If it has already been shipped then the item would need to be returned in its original condition to receive a refund.
