Shop Policies
We pack our delicate creations with the utmost care to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged:
* Notification: Please contact us via private message or email within 24/48 hours of delivery.
* Evidence: Photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the external packaging is required to process a claim.
* Technical Issues: For items involving lighting systems or electronic components, we provide repair or replacement for any manufacturing defects.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
* Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
* Process: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10-14 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package.
* Conditions: Items must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all original accessories (such as cables or decorative elements).
* Exclusions: In accordance with UK consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* Custom-made or bespoke products.
* Personalized party favors (bomboniere) created specifically for your event.
* Any item clearly customized to your specific requirements.
* Standard Orders: For small quantities, 100% upfront payment is required to confirm the order.
* Event & Bulk Orders: For large orders (such as party favors), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order and begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be settled before shipping or collection.
* Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, SumUp payment links, or PayPal.
