I create a distinctive collection of beautifully crafted items, combining a range of techniques to produce pieces that are both unique and thoughtfully made. My work includes:

What Makes My Work Special
Every item is crafted with genuine passion for creativity and a deep appreciation for the techniques I use. I carefully select all materials, incorporating recycled elements and high‑quality thrifted finds wherever possible to ensure each piece is both sustainable and unique.
I also offer personalised items, allowing customers to choose names, colours, messages, or themes that make their purchase truly meaningful.
Each product is made with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering something beautifully handmade.
Shop Policies
All items are handmade to order or carefully packaged from existing stock. I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. During busy periods this may be slightly longer, but I will always keep you updated.
Orders are shipped via InPost. Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Your order will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.
All of my items are handmade with care, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can help resolve it.
Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described. I may request a photo of the issue to help me understand what went wrong.
Because many of my products are personalised or made to order, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
If a return is agreed, the item must be sent back in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not yet begun on personalised or made‑to‑order items. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for non‑personalised items in their original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for non‑personalised items if the original item is returned in its original condition. Please contact me to arrange this.
Personalised & Made‑to‑Order Items
Due to their custom nature, personalised and made‑to‑order items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
