UK delivery only.
These mugs are made to order and typically take 1-3 working days before being dispatched to you but, during busy periods, can take up to 5 days. I will drop you a message the day of dispatch that includes your Royal Mail 24 tracking code.
I have a 7-day refund policy on all my mugs.
Please contact me if you require a refund for broken or damaged goods or you're just not happy with your mug.
Both are unlikely scenarios, but I'm happy to issue a refund if you're not happy with your purchase.
