Shop Policies
The majority of my items are made to order so you can be assured that you will have something made just for you. Smaller items will usually be turned around within 7 days while larger items will usually be turned around in 14 days.
My items are posted using Royal Mail and their Tracked 24 Service.
Next day delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact me to arrange.
Please do get in touch if you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to me within 14 days with the cost being covered, by you the customer,. A refund will be issued once the item is received.
