I aim to despatch orders the next working day,
using the Post Office or other reputable delivery service.

If you change your mind, contact me by email within 48 hours of receiving your order and providing the item has not been used you can return the item for a refund.
The return is the responsibility of the purchaser until it is received by me.
The return cost will not be refunded.

If the item is at fault, contact me by email to arrange the return. Once the item has been received by me and the fault identified a full refund will be processed.

If you change your mind you can cancel your order.
If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled.
If the item has been despatched it can be returned following the returns guidance.
