At Laser Creations & Design, we take great care when preparing and packaging every order to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and processed before being dispatched.
As many of our products are made or engraved to order, processing times can vary depending on the product, quantity and complexity of the order.
Our estimated processing time will be shown on the relevant product listing wherever possible.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may take longer to prepare if the items require different production times.
Dispatch
Once your order has been completed and carefully checked, it will be securely packaged and dispatched using an appropriate delivery service.
You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Where a tracking service is available, tracking information will be provided to you.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays can occasionally occur after an order has left our premises.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, courier delays, adverse weather, strikes, busy seasonal periods or other unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging
We take care to package all orders appropriately for their contents.
Fragile and delicate items will be packaged with suitable protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.
Laser Creations & Design cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Where tracking is available, we may ask you to check the tracking information provided before investigating the delivery with the relevant delivery service.
Please remember that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed dates.
Damaged Items
We take great care when packaging your order, but unfortunately damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of:

Any visible damage to the outer packaging
Your order details
This will allow us to assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
International Orders
If international delivery is offered, any applicable customs charges, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international orders can vary considerably depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Refund & Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Laser Creations and Design. As our products are often made to order and may be individually engraved, we have the following refund and returns policy.
1. Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Due to the nature of personalised and custom-made products, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind once production has started.
This includes items that have been engraved, customised, or made specifically to your requirements.
Please carefully check all spelling, names, dates, wording and other details supplied when placing your order. Laser Creations and Design cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-provided information once the item has been produced.
If you contact us before production has started, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation requests.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
If an item has been damaged during delivery, please retain the original packaging as it may be required when investigating the issue with the delivery company.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the mistake is ours, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
4. Customer Errors
Customers are responsible for checking the information supplied at the time of ordering, including:
Names
Spelling
Dates
Numbers
Personal messages
Images
Other engraving instructions
If an item has been produced exactly according to the information supplied by the customer, we cannot normally offer a refund or replacement because of an error in the information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error before production begins, please contact us immediately and we will try to correct it.
5. Change of Mind
For non-personalised items, you may have cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law.
For personalised or bespoke items, the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply once production has begun.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, we will normally issue the refund using the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after the refund has been approved and, where applicable, after the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Return Postage
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the order due to an error on our part, we will deal with return postage appropriately.
Where a return is accepted for another reason, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
8. How to Contact Us
If you need to discuss a return, refund or faulty item, please contact Laser Creations and Design through the contact details provided on our online store.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue so that we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
9. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect or limit any rights you have under UK consumer protection legislation. Where applicable, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
