Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KonvoySG.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time for UK

All orders are processed next working day via Royal Mail 48 Hour 2nd Class Tracked Delivery.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

KonvoySG is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

KonvoySG believes in offering customers an excellent shopping experience with all of our products.

WARRANTY

We take a real interest in all our products, and we use customer feedback and experiences to improve anything we can. However, on rare occasions, some customers may receive a product where there may be a manufacturing defect that may be out of our control. In all cases, we will offer a replacement free of cost and at our expense.

All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defect. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team. You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. Beyond 14 days we only offer an exchange or credit equivalent to the value of your product.

If you would like to claim the warranty on your defective item, please email our team at [email protected] and we will assist you immediately.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Further details to your case can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team.

If you would like to return your non-defective unused item (in the original packaging), follow the instructions in our Returns Portal. After we handle your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalise your return/exchange. Any returned items received by KonvoySG without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully.

Free gifts
Products bought from a third party (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc.)
Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
Individual items from any kits

Are there any charges on returns?

Returns are free for all customers.

The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that vary by state, province or jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this Limited Warranty will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law. For a full description of your legal rights, you should refer to the laws applicable in your jurisdiction and you may wish to contact a relevant consumer advisory service.

KonvoySG Ltd, (“KonvoySG”), located in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom warrants to the owner of the enclosed product that the product contained in this box (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty during the Warranty Period, KonvoySG will, at its sole discretion, either

(a) repair or replace any defective Product or component; or

(b) accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product (given it is requested within 30 days of receiving).

Repair or replacement may be made with a new or refurbished product or components, at KonvoySG’s sole discretion. If the Product or a component incorporated within it is no longer available, KonvoySG may replace the Product with a similar product of similar function, at KonvoySG’s sole discretion. This is your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty.

Any Product that has either been repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the terms of this Limited Warranty for the longer of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery or the remaining Warranty Period.

Warranty Conditions

Before being able to claim under this Limited Warranty, the owner of the Product must

(a) notify KonvoySG of the intention to claim by e-mailing [email protected] during the Warranty Period and providing a description of the alleged failure, and

(b) comply with KonvoySG’s return shipping instructions.

KonvoySG will have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Product if it determines, in its reasonable discretion after examination of the returned Product, that the Product is an Ineligible Product (defined below).

Disclaimer for Warranties

Pictures on the website may not always directly portray the exact same proportions as in real life. Where relevant and appropriate, the dimensions per product are clearly stated for each product.

Except as stated above in this limited warranty, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KonvoySG disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions with respect to the product, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KonvoySG also limits the duration of any implied warranties or conditions to the duration of this limited warranty.

Limitation of Damages

In addition to the above warranty disclaimers, in no event will KonvoySG be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages, including any damages for lost data or lost profits, arising from or relating to this limited warranty or the product, and KonvoySG’s total cumulative liability arising from or related to this limited warranty or the product will not exceed the amount actually paid for the product by the original purchaser.

You acknowledge and understand that the disclaimers, exclusions and limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the agreement between you and KonvoySG governing your use of the product and they apply without regard to whether the terms of this limited warranty have proven ineffective or if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
