I create handmade felt decorations and personalised gifts for babies, children and the home. My collection includes personalised name garlands, nursery décor, seasonal decorations, wall hangings and custom felt keepsakes, all lovingly handmade and made to order in the UK.
Every piece is designed and handmade by me using felt and carefully selected materials. I love creating charming, timeless designs with soft colours and playful details that become treasured keepsakes. Many of my items can be personalised, making each order unique, and I take pride in producing beautifully finished pieces that are made to last rather than mass produced.
Shop Policies

Most of my products are handmade to order, so processing times vary depending on the item purchased.
Ready made items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Personalised and made-to-order items are typically dispatched within 10–14 working days. Estimated processing times are shown on each product listing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as I cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control, including postal delays, severe weather or courier disruption. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, I'll contact you as soon as possible.
I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact me within this period if you wish to return an item.
Once you've notified me, you have a further 14 days to return it.
Returned items must be:
Unused
In their original condition
Returned with original packaging where possible
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that it has been posted).
Personalised Items
As most of my products are personalised or handmade to order, they cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or significantly different from their description.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders can usually be cancelled before work begins.
Because many of my products are personalised or handmade to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the Returns Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me promptly and I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
