Orders are shipped from the UK using tracked or standard postal services depending on the item selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays outside of my control.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many items, I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom or personalised orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos/details and I will always do my best to help resolve the problem 🤍

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted if the item is returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
