Shop Policies
Baubles are made to order, so there is a 15 day shipping turnover. All baubles are packaged, so that no breakages should occur, however things happen and goods may break in transit. If you can prove wholeheartedly that the bauble has been damaged in transit, then another one will be sent, no refunds in place for damaged goods.
Returns
For non-personalised items, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be unused and in their original condition.
* Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
* You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number;
* A description of the issue; and
* Photographs showing the problem where applicable.
We will work with you to arrange:
* A replacement;
* A repair where appropriate; or
* A full or partial refund.

Cancellation of Orders
At Get Your Baubles Out, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains your rights regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Standard Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email address].
* Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched.
* If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process outlined below.
* Any refund will be made to the original payment method.
Personalised or Custom-Made Items
Many of our products are made to order or personalised to your specifications.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom-made goods cannot usually be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, unless:
* The item is faulty;
* The item is damaged upon arrival; or
* We have made an error in the personalisation.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been returned.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
