Shop Policies
π SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 1β3 working days from Lancashire, UK (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class β typically 2β3 working days.
UK shipping only at present β sorry, no international orders.
Christmas delivery deadline: Order by 15th December for guaranteed arrival before Christmas.
Once dispatched, delivery times are beyond my control β please allow extra time during busy festive periods.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued for: faulty/damaged items, incorrect items sent, or orders lost in transit (confirmed by Royal Mail).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 48 hours of the item being received, inspected, or the loss being confirmed.
Custom/bespoke items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Sale/clearance items follow the same refund rules as full-price goods.
If you simply change your mind, the refund will be for item value only β original shipping costs are non-refundable.
β CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once the item has been marked as dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled β please follow the Returns Procedure instead.
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
To cancel: send a message through the shop clearly stating your order number and request.
β©οΈ RETURNS POLICY
You may return unused, undamaged items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Procedure: Message me first to arrange return β please do not return without prior notice.
Buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items returned damaged or incomplete due to the customerβs handling may be subject to a reduction in refund value.
