Our products are carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep using Royal Mail.
All our items are made to order.
Orders are shipped within 7 business days once complete, and may take an additional 3-7 days to arrive.

Due to the customized nature of the items we produce, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver to you or you receive faulty or wrong items. 
In this case, please contact us and include photographic evidence and order number within 7 days of receipt of item.
Please the the return items back to us within 14 days following the day of our agreement to refund. 

If a proof is provided, production will only begin once the proof is approved by the customer. Delays in approval may impact delivery times.
• Custom Designs: Custom designs are subject to additional fees, which will be communicated before production begins.

Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade products, custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or returned once work has commenced or the item is made. If you need to cancel before work begins, please contact us immediately and we can discuss a refund
