Shop Policies
At Clarecraft Collections, each item is carefully made and prepared before dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days. Personalised items may take slightly longer depending on the level of customisation.
Shipping
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and postal service used.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service. Clarecraft Collections cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalised Items
Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. These items are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
For personalised or made-to-order items, cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once work has started on a personalised item, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for non-personalised items where stock is available.
Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
