Shop Policies
All items are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Processing time is typically 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK.

I accept returns on most items. If you would like to return your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying me, and should be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with photos and I will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
