All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Yorkshire, UK. Delivery costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Handmade items are packaged securely to help protect them during transit. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside my control, but I will always be happy to help with any delivery queries.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the problem. For online purchases, customers also have cancellation rights under UK consumer law. Where a refund is due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may have the right to cancel and return the item under UK consumer law. Please contact me within the applicable cancellation period before returning an item. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. Personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty or damaged items will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
