Shop Policies
Processing Time
All of our candles are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be carefully created before dispatch. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
UK Shipping
• Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–4 working days after dispatch
• FREE UK shipping on orders over £50
• Orders under £50: flat rate £3.49
Order Tracking
All orders are sent using a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Each candle is securely packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All parcels are clearly marked as fragile.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Items that arrive damaged or faulty
- Orders that are lost in transit
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Once approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, issue a refund or replacement.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
As each candle is handcrafted to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Each candle is individually handmade to order, making every piece unique. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect scent selection
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
