Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I'm a hobbyist jewellery maker who designs and crafts pieces I truly love. Every item in this shop has been made by hand, at home.
For me, jewellery making is about so much more than aesthetics; I think deeply about how each piece will actually feel to wear, balancing beauty with function from the very first element I choose.
I'm drawn to natural colours and materials, and a quiet pagan/celtic theme runs through much of my work.
Parting with these creations isn't always easy. Each one holds a little piece of my heart. But I hope that means when something finds its way to you, you'll feel the love that went into making it.
Shop Policies
1. Delivery Areas
I currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom England, Scotland and Wales. I do not ship to Northern Ireland or internationally.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges or minimum spend requirements.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has despatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages
Barrel Runes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refunds are provided in line with the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (see my cancellation policy).
1. Returns
Under UK law you have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Return Shipping Costs
I do not offer free returns. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or at the very least obtain proof of postage in order for your return to be processed.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings provided you you in a sealed packet
- Bespoke items.
- Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".
5. Faulty items
Outside of the 14 days, I only consider refunds items if they are defective or damaged and the fault existed at the time of delivery. Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss your circumstances.
