At Little Barn Willow, every sculpture is carefully handmade and individually packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Delivery Service

* We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 wherever possible, depending on the size and weight of your order.
* All parcels include tracking, and you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
* Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated for bespoke or commissioned items.

Larger Sculptures
Some larger or more delicate sculptures cannot be sent via Royal Mail due to their size or shape. In these cases, we will use a trusted courier service. Any additional shipping costs will be shown at checkout or agreed with you before dispatch.

Delivery Times
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer.

Packaging
We use sturdy, protective packaging and, where possible, recyclable materials to ensure your willow creations arrive in excellent condition while reducing environmental impact.

Returns

Refund & Returns Policy
At Little Barn Willow, every item is individually handmade with great care and attention to detail. As each piece is unique, we ask that you read our refund policy before placing an order.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please email us with:
● Your order number
● A description of the damage
● Clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging
Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange either a replacement, repair (where possible), or a refund.
Commissions & Bespoke Orders
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned work, commissioned and bespoke items are non-refundable.
Throughout the creation process, you will be consulted at agreed stages and asked to approve the design and progress before work continues. This ensures the finished piece meets your expectations before completion.
Once a commissioned piece has been approved and completed, refunds cannot be offered unless the item is damaged in transit.
Returning Items
If a return is agreed, the item must be returned in its original packaging where possible. We will provide instructions for the return once your request has been approved.

Cancellation

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been made or dispatched.
Once work has started, or once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Commissioned, personalised, and bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised, non-bespoke items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible.
To request a return, please email us with:

● Clear photographs if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
